Article 1: SCOPE All
Our sales are governed by the present general terms of sale which prevail over any purchasing terms, except express exceptional condition.
Article 2: PRICE
The applicable prices are in force in the day of the order taking, and appear on the made available scale, denominated in euros. The transport being chargeable to the buyer. Except agreement between the parties, the regulation is made with order. No discount will be granted in case of advance payment. Article 5: DISPUTE
